These may include Wix, HubSpot, Calendly, Microsoft, Google, telecommunications providers, payment processors, and other platforms selected to support our operations and services.
We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.


7. Third-Party Platforms and Client Environments
When ENITECH Cloud implements, configures, integrates, or supports a third-party platform for a client, personal information may also be handled according to:

  • The client’s instructions;

  • The applicable proposal, agreement, or Statement of Work;

  • The third-party provider’s terms and privacy practices; and

  • Applicable privacy and data-protection laws.
